The temporary shop in Melbourne is a creative way to use old pantyhose. Fabric is the main material, the designer has stretched 154 pairs of pantyhose to create the unique design.

The Process of creating stockings is the process of Melt Spinning.
Melt Spinning is the process of spinning synthetic fibers such as Polyester, Nylon or Polypropylene. These melted polymers are discharged from the spinneret and wound to create the stockings/pantyhose

How the design work:
The stockings are stretched, wrapped, and attached to different parts of the store and to the wooded railing for the coathangers to hang on. The pictures down below demonstrate how the fabric is holding up the wooden railing for the coathangers.
